FOOD VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone,
vendors participating in the International Food Fest are responsible for the following:

VENDOR FEES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Vendor Fee: $80. This fee is required to secure your spot and must be paid in full upon application acceptance.

Payment: You can make your payment in person at Khairos Coffee Co. by cash or card, Venmo, or Zelle. Payments made by credit card is subject to a 3% fee. Vendors can get a receipt upon request.

Set-up and breakdown

Set-Up: All vendors must be ready by 9:45am.

Breakdown: Vendors are required clean their area by 4pm. Please ensure all trash and materials are disposed of properly.

Equipment and Supplies

By participating in the International Food Fest, you agree to comply with these responsibilities to help us maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable event for all.

Power Supply: If you require electricity, please bring your own power sources (e.g., portable generators). Ensure all electrical equipment is safe and compliant with local regulations.

Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during the event and for thoroughly cleaning up before leaving. Please leave your space as you found it.
