Physical Products (ex: crafts, candles, soaps, etc.) The size of these spaces differs based on location and availability. If you are chosen as a vendor, we will request you to visit and determine the most suitable space for your business.
Food Vendors (ex: baked goods, juices, etc.) Food concessionaires must have their food products packaged and stamped with ingredients and expiration date due to Tennessee Health laws (Cottage Law), unless the food products are made in a commercial kitchen. Daily food inspections and replenishments are advised.
Based on the product you're offering, spaces are available to rent from $50/mo up to $150/mo* with a minimum of three months. A 10-15% fee applies to all sold items. It helps cover administrative costs, sales tax, card swiping fees, and insurance costs.
