Vendor Responsibilities

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone,
vendors participating in Small Business Sunday are responsible for the following:

VENDOR FEES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Vendor Fee: The participation fee for table vendors is $40, food trucks are $80. This fee is required to secure your table and must be paid in full upon application acceptance.

Payment: You can make your payment in person at Khairos Coffee Co., Venmo, or Zelle. Payments made by credit card is subject to a 3% fee. Vendors can get a receipt upon request.

Set-up and breakdown

Set-Up: Vendors must arrive between 7am and 8am on the event day to set up their space. All booths must be ready by 8:45am.

Breakdown: Vendors are required to dismantle their booths and clean their area by 3:30pm. Please ensure all trash and materials are disposed of properly.

Equipment and Supplies

Tents: Vendors must provide their own tents. Tents should be no larger than 10ftx10ft and must be secure.

Tables and Table Covers: Each vendor must supply their own tables and table covers. We recommend using attractive, professional-looking covers to enhance your display.

Power Supply: If your booth requires electricity, please bring your own power sources (e.g., portable generators). Ensure all electrical equipment is safe and compliant with local regulations.

Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean during the event and for thoroughly cleaning up before leaving. Please leave your space as you found it.
